What is the Central Kitchen

TMR central kitchen consists of a central control system with Programmable Logical Controller(PLC) and Internet of Things(loT), fully integrating and managing the concentrate, roughage, liquids storage and loading systems, delivering a reliable, consistent and measurable TMR to the discharge wagon. The automatic or manual hay crushing and dust removal systems can also be included.

All plant components and equipment can be customized and designed to meet the needs of different farms

Why you need this

One of the most important goals from the point of view of feeding cows is to ensure that the cows are always fed a standardized mix with the same nutrient quantity that has been advised by the farms nutritionist. Only with our automated mixing system, is it possible to be sure that the cattle are fed with 99% accuracy, attaining an optimized intake in such a way that cows are fed the same homogenous fresh TMR every time. The system is able to be modified to adapt rations to different groups of cows, adjusting ingredients with great accuracy.
